Antique Up provides a space for vendors to fill their booths with various goods. We have antiques, vintage items, repurposed furniture, home decor, and more

What types of advertising are you currently doing, and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past?

We primarily have done Facebook advertising and print products such as flyers.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition that your business has received?

We have remained in the top 3 of Best of the Valley, this is a contest that compares local business base off of community votes.

We have about 15 employees between the two stores

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We have on customer that comes in and always looks for puzzles. We noticed that she always came in and went to the same booth for those puzzles. After talking with her we now know exactly what she is looking for so when new puzzles come in we give her a call right away so she can come down and grab them.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We provide exceptional customer service and are always willing to go beyond what a normal retail store would. We love and value everyone of our customers and treat them as so. We have so many regular customers that come in and we love catching up with them. We create a warm and welcoming environment.
