What is the story behind your business?

Dr. Yath has been practicing optometry in the Phoenix metro since 2012. After 10 years of working for someone else, an opportunity came to venture into private practice and provide the kind of world class eye care she expects of herself and her team and serve the community she cares for and is a part of.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We believe eye care is so important and the experience should certainly match those expectations. After all, our vision is a precious gift and preserving eye health is our number one goal. To pin point one experience may prove challenging knowing that we make every effort to go “beyond the call of duty” and I believe because of how we treat our patients from the first call through the many years they continue to stay with us and support us, speaks volumes of our concierge type of approach. Dr. Yath has patients who have found and followed her from previous offices she practiced in, as well as many out of state and even out of the country patient’s continue to seek eye care from our office and Dr. Yath. — There is one occasion that comes to mind, it was our first emergency/urgent medical eye care for a young girl who got hit in the eye and it was on a weekend which our office was closed. Well Dr. Yath met the family about an hour after the call at the office and treated her for the emergency and after a couple follow ups, the girl’s eye was fine and back to normal and now the entire family gets their eye care at our office. — We do our best to let the community we are here for them even outside of business hours.

We are a full service optometry practice focusing on eye health and preserving eye sight. The word of mouth referrals is a huge part of our practice and we are so grateful for how strongly the community has supported us and continues to help us thrive so that we can continue offering a high level of care, a wider scope of services including myopia management, eye disease management, dry eye treatment and specialty contacts in which Dr. Yath specializes in. Additionally, we’ve been told many times our frame selections are wonderful and that our customer service exceeds expectations.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

Our offerings include comprehensive annual exams, diabetic exams, glaucoma and macular degeneration and other eye disease management, keratoconus, specialty contacts like Scleral and RGP lenses, IPL & RF dry eye treatment, Myopia Management including overnight contacts, cataract evaluation and URGENT EMERGENCY MEDICAL EYE CARE!
