What is the story behind your business?

I had a long career in Carpentry , owning Braveheart Contracting since 1993. I am a journeyman Carpenter by trade

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

A customer wanted to buy in his hometown but financially was unable. I managed to find a property that took his story into consideration being a first time buyer and he nows lives a block from his elderly Mother. He is ecstatic

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

I tend to take more of a personal approach and get involved personally with my clients. My construction background also helps in many ways with looking at possible properties

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

I have a vast rolodex of trades, businesses,contacts at my disposal working and living here since 1973
