Walking in, this is your basic, stripped-down
pizza shop. I honestly thought I was in a Detroit or Chicago back-water spot. Which, if you know pizza, is a very good sign that you are about to get amazing food. I ordered a Fifty/Fifty Genovese/Green Light. And even though they have vastly different toppings and cook times as individual pies, my pizza was still cooked perfectly. The crust is crunchy, airy, and chewy. The perfect vehicle for their primo toppings that actually have flavor, unlike other pizza places where the toppings just add more salt. My only regret this visit was not getting 2 cannolis. Oh, did I not mention the canolli?! Because I ate that first! It looked so damn good. I couldn’t help but devour the whole thing in about 4 bites. I also got the cannoli as a fifty/ fifty chocolate/vanilla. It was topped with pistachios and chocolate chips with a sprig of mint. OMG! I want to go get another one right now!🤤 This is my new pizza place, permanently. If I’m gonna have pizza, I’m gonna have it there. The crew is awesome, the pizza is amazeballz, how have you not been there yet?! Get in the car! We’re going!😁
