What is the story behind your business?

I got interested in this business about 10 years ago when I worked for another local pet groomer . I was in highschool when I decided that I wanted to work with animals. I am now 27 years old and living out my dreams . I am currently facing financial debt ,which I can conquer by getting more customers. I have been marketing on my own and need help getting more customers to increase my revenue. I just recently quit my job to pursue my business career. I am a former auto adjuster for Liberty Mutual. I am not the first person to own a business in my family ,both of my parents are business owners which inspired me to become my own boss. I am currently underwater in debt accrued by starting this business.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

This past week I services two animals that had been neglected for a while. They were both in bad shape. I took care of them with loving hands. The owner was very anxious about leaving them and what they would look like when she came back to pick them up. I assured her that she would be extremely satisfied when she came back. Once she got back she cried about how good they looked and smelled. She was happy that I took my time to style her pets rather than just shave them bald,which would have been the easiest thing to do. She greatly appreciated my work and thanked me over and over again. She was so satisfied that she shared an amazing review on social media which brought me many more customers.
