Our specialized sub-acute units provide a serene oasis of care, featuring beautiful private and semi-private suites, a variety of amenities, and a bright, spacious rehab gym equipped with a model apartment that includes a functional kitchen and bath.

Upon admission, our rehab team—comprising physical, occupational, and speech therapists—develops a personalized therapy plan tailored to get you back on track safely and efficiently. Therapies are available seven days a week to help patients regain their highest level of functioning.
