The owner of West Hills Nails Salon Luxury has nurtured a passion for beauty and nail care from a young age, and their desire to provide the best service to the community motivated them to start this business. They are the first in their family to venture into business, which not only brings pride but also presents new challenges. Before opening the salon, they had a stable career, but the desire for freedom in creating an ideal working environment and delivering quality customer service led them to make a change. Opening and maintaining the salon was not easy, especially when it came to ensuring high hygiene standards and creating a comfortable space for customers. However, through determination and dedication, they overcame the initial difficulties to build a reputable brand as it stands today.
